HEALTHSCAN™ has secured a cease and desist operational change from the Birmingham, Alabama-based HealthSouth Corporation.
In its previous advertisements in print, radio, web, and other mediums, HealthSouth had utilized the registered HEALTHSCAN™ name and software registration title for describing and marketing its full body CT scanning procedures. No further use of our name has been mandated throughout that organization. HEALTHSCAN™ was successful in securing this cease and desist through its counsel of record, Fenech and Pachulski of Naperville, Illinois.
